Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your phdky account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day to be reflected in your account balance. phdky is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty (20) minutes on average for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. phdky reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination, any bonus funds in your account will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal processing procedures.
You may close your phdky account at any time by contacting our support team. Closing your account does not affect any obligations that arose prior to the closure date.
